How to Participate
1. run or walk a 5k, mile, whatever you want on Thanksgiving
2. post an IG story and tag us @franks.beer.shop
3. we’ll donate $5 to Halfway There Rescue for everyone that does steps 1 & 2 ($20/person with sponsor matches)*
4. drink an official Frankful 5K beer if you have one
5. eat a bunch of food and drink a responsible amount of beer knowing you worked out on a holiday and supported a good cause
*up to 60 people

the origin story
When the world shut down in 2020 and our usual turkey trot was canceled, we decided to create our own 'virtual' 5k. The Frankful 5K was born, and we used it as a way to raise money for dogs in need.
